A wealthy merchant who spends a dubious amount of his time with the Dictator. While to the untrained eye he appears just as lavish and self-absorbed as most of the aristocracy, his actions hide schemes within schemes.

His charisma sways many, and he is not to be underestimated. His sympathies openly lie with the Rebels.
